Coaching is about improving your thinking – and our mindsets are incredibly unique constructs, based on our history, environment and circumstances to name a few. That’s why this isn’t a cut and paste coaching programme. There are plenty of them out there, but that’s not how I work.
When I coach people 1-2-1, it’s vital that I really get to know you and understand all of that context, so we can improve your mindset, your performance and your results. Whether your coaching happens every week or once a month, whether it’s in-person or entirely virtual, is completely up to you. How do you want to be coached?

Whatever your current challenge, I’ll work with you to determine success, identify the best method of delivery, and then create a bespoke package tailored to your company.
Some of the most common formats I’ve delivered to businesses include: one-off events on critical workplace topics, (such as culture and wellbeing), breakfast seminars or “lunch and learns” for quick knowledge-sharing, and bespoke hybrid training courses, which mix group workshops with 1-2-1 sessions.

I'll be honest about whether I think I can help, and the different options available to you. This stage is completely free of charge, and there's no obligation to continue past this point.
Together, we'll start right from the beginning. If we're working together 1-2-1, this "Audit" session will perform a deep-dive into your background, and bring me up to speed on your current challenges. If you need wider company support, I extend this stage out to a full Discovery stage, so I can be clear on exactly what your goals are for working together, and what we want to achieve for your team at the end of it.
For 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring, I'll construct a plan of action that we both have access to. We'll go through it in depth, and be clear on priorities before moving forward. If this is with your organisation instead, your Discovery session will be followed up with a single concise document, which collates everything we discussed, and includes a proposed structure of how I would work with you to hit those ambitious team performance goals.
Regardless of format, this is where the fun (and real "work") begins. With regular 1-2-1 or group coaching sessions, we'll ensure everything laid out in your bespoke plan is actioned. These aren't fluffy, theoretical lectures, they’re workshops designed to help you achieve success – whatever that means for you or your business.
